Has it really been so long ? I have been watching "Riding Giants" since my last post. I would love to tell you my new phone number and what we are up to. Thanks for asking. We are having fun arranging our stuff and playing with things we have been saving all these years to do something special. Our family is growing,We are assuming alias's that have a certain grandiosity to them. Please contact us by phone for an appointment,and we will return call's after our (I mean Their)nap. The rumors of our : quitting,quilting,quietly going into that good night, having a painting by him (from Wales)not mentioned here,Dylan; Crying Uncle, giving away 27 windows in one week, these are crazy rumors. News of Interest:
This year we are teaching at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Atlanta with classes in Mosaic and stained glass. Joan also taught classes at The Micheal C Carlos Museum at Emory University in Glass Engraving and Mosaics. Private lessons are available and we can be reached for information at the contact information listed above.
We are currently showing work at the Phoenix and Dragon Bookstore in Atlanta.
A commission for a residence which includes ten pieces is nearing completion.

A Note on repairs: We have experience repairing antique windows from fine collections by European, and American Studios and Louis C. Tiffany. We continue our work with other stained glass studios to do painted, new and replacement pieces including heads, hands, or feet, animals ,symbols, plaques and drapery. (Photographs of broken pieces are needed for estimates.)

Southeastern Flower and Garden Show

Joan and George Goodyear had an award winning time at the Southeastern Flower and Garden Show in Atlanta in 2008. We had fun ,as usual, but won't do another show anytime soon we would rather be in the studio.
